The Chicago agency that investigates suspected police misconduct cases has released more than 300 video clips along with emergency recordings and police reports. The videos include the fatal shooting of a burglary suspect outside an electronics store, and the shooting of a man accused in an attack on a Chicago bus driver. The Independent Police Review Authority posted the material to its website.
