Streator Elementary District 44 (Studstill Media Photo) STREATOR – The Streator Elementary School Board announced the hiring of a new superintendent. Dr. Lisa Parker, who formerly worked for the Dunlap School District, has 28 years of experience in education. Her hiring comes after last falls mutual separation agreement between the district and current superintendent Matt Wilkinson. Parker is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University and earned her doctorate from Western Illinois in 2011.
