OGLESBY – Anne Baker presents the 2018 Dolores “Dee” Heflebower Memorial Nursing Scholarship to Jonathon Bourell of Streator. The award is supported by an Illinois Valley Community Hospital Foundation fund established by Baker and her husband, the late Don Baker of Peru, in memory of their daughter, the late Dolores “Dee” Heflebower. Bourell is a second-year nursing student at Illinois Valley Community College.
