PERU – Halloween is just around the corner, which means children running around in their costumes knocking on doors hoping for candy. However, unfortunately it can also mean terrible accidents. Safety Strategist Engineer of Chevrolet, and Mother Tricia Morrow says children are more than twice as likely to be hit by a car on Halloween than any other day of the year. Morrow says some tips for all drivers to consider this Halloween are, driving scary slow, turn on your safety alert features, avoid distractions like cellphones and wearing masks that could impede your driving ability.
