OTTAWA – Authorities say two individuals were arrested Friday after a residential burglary in Ottawa. Ottawa Police were called on December 5th after a reported residential burglary on Champlain Street and located a vehicle leaving the area. The occupants of the vehicle were taken into custody, however they were released. Following further investigation Jacob David Shelton, 20, Nicholas Lee Lotshaw, 21, both of Streator, were taken into custody on Friday after being issued arrest warrants, officials say.
