Spring Valley to update city’s comprehensive plan

SPRING VALLEY -Spring Valley is beginning a process to update the city’s comprehensive plan.  According to Economic Development Director Debb Ladgenski, The planning process will outline a vision and strategic framework for future development, redevelopment, and community building projects within the city.  The current comprehensive plan was created in 1970. Input opportunities will be available to residents on May 4th from 5 to 7 p.m. in the 100 block of East St. Paul Street, during Spring Valley’s Cinco de Mayo event.
