PERU – Aaron Buffo was sworn in at Tuesday night’s City Council meeting as Peru’s new fourth ward alderman. Buffo, a write-in candidate, beat out longterm alderman David Potthoff in the April 2nd election and is the only new addition to Peru’s City Council.
