Body Found Saturday Identified as Missing Woman

SHERIDAN – The body found in rural LaSalle County has been identified as a woman missing from Sandwich last month. LaSalle County Coroner William Wujak said Monday that 74-year-old Linda Jackson was found deceased north of Sheridan around 3 PM on Saturday. On April 29th her car was found on North 4251st road, however, no clues as to her whereabouts were discovered at the scene. The investigation into the death is still ongoing, however, they indicate no foul play is suspected by the LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office and LaSalle County Coroner Office
