STREATOR – A Chicago man was arrested following an investigation into reported cocaine sales in Streator, Tuesday. According to the Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team, just before 5 p.m. 23-year-old Davon A. Edwards was arrested on a LaSalle County warrant for three counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. Authorities say during the investigation Edwards allegedly delivered purported crack cocaine on three occasions to Trident in multiple areas in Streator. Edwards was transported to the LaSalle County Jail where he is held on a $500,000 bond.
