OGLESBY – The Starved Rock State Park boat ramp and picnic area have now reopened as of 10 a.m. on Thursday. Picnic tables are not dispersed in and around the picnic area. Visitors are encouraged to bring picnic blankets at this time. Please hike carefully and dress for muddy trails.
