UTICA – Two men were injured after a Sunday evening crash in Utica. According to the Utica Police Department, they were called around 8:15PM to the 2900 block of IL 178 for a collision between two motorcycles. Authorities say 39-year-old Isreal J. Ballard of Toluca was traveling south when he was reportedly struck from behind by 43-year-old Jerry L. Tooley of Wenona. Tooley was taken by helicopter to a Peoria hospital and Ballard was taken to IVCH. Their conditions are currently not known. The crash remains under investigation.
