OTTAWA – The Ottawa Police Department is looking to identify any Ottawa area residents who recently purchased a 2019 Polaris Outlaw 50 four-wheeler in Avalanche Grey/Lime from an individual in Rockford, Illinois. Authorities say the matter is in regards to an active investigation and any person with information is encourages to contact the Ottawa Police Department.
