STREATOR – Thursday is World Diabetes Day. The Streator Hardscrabble Lions Club and OSF HealthCare’s Care-a-Van will be promoting Diabetes awareness through a free diabetes screening at the Streator Kroger parking lot from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday. Glucose checks will also be available for individuals with diabetes.
