Last week, Matthew McConaughey, his wife Camila, and his mother took it upon themselves to host a virtual game of Bingo via Zoom for residents at a senior living facility in Texas.
The residents requested McConaughey host a Bingo for their care facility months ago, in lieu of the current state of the world, McConaughey and his family thought this would be an opportune time to bring some joy to the elderly.
“This was a wish come true!,” Molly Davis Nedley, the sales director at The Enclave at Round Rock Senior Living, said. “The residents absolutely loved seeing Matthew and his family and enjoyed hearing him talk about what he’s doing to get through this crisis,” she said. “It gave them hope and was the boost that they needed to get through this lonely, challenging time.”
It looks like the “McConnaisance” will continue into the 2020s!
