MALTA – A DeKalb man has died after a Monday afternoon crash near Malta. Around 3 PM authorities say 33-year-old Edward R. Nealy was traveling West on South Malta Road near Nelson Road, when for unknown reasons the vehicle left the roadway, struck a utility pole and flipped several times. Nealy was reportedly ejected during the crash and died at the scene. The crash is still under investigation by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office and the DeKalb County Coroner’s Office.
