PONTIAC – The Chairman of the Livingston County board cautioned residents about the proposed Peoria plan to alter the Governor’s Executive Orders and lay out their own path to reopen businesses. Kathy Arbogast stated in a letter Thursday that they not only haven’t had a chance to fully review the plan, she also felt that any action the County Board takes may be only symbolic in nature. The plan proposed by the City of Peoria and Peoria County includes Tazewell, Woodford, Fulton, Marshall, Stark, McLean, Livingston, Bureau, Putnam, and LaSalle counties. It reduces the phases from the Governor’s plan from five to three stages, and takes the time between each phase from 28 days to 21 days.
