PERU – One man was injured after being pinned by equipment during road construction in Peru Wednesday. According to the Peru Police Department, they say a 22-year-old man was pinned between a semi-trailer and an asphalt paving machine around 10 AM. The Peru Fire Department and workers at the scene helped free the man who was taken to the hospital with unspecified injuries. The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
