MENDOTA – A Mendota woman was flown to a Rockford hospital after a single vehicle crash Wednesday. The LaSalle County Sheriff’s Office say around 12:45 PM that 64-year-old Susan Kilanowski was traveling south on East 3rd Road near North 40th Road when for unknown reasons her vehicle left the roadway and rolled several times. An update on her condition was not available. The accident is still under investigation.
