OTTAWA – The LaSalle County Health Department confirmed Sunday an additional five COVID-19 cases, bringing the total to 140 cases since the pandemic began. The additional cases range in age from a boy under 13 to a woman in her 50’s. All of those infected remain in isolation. The health department says you should not be concerned with whether you have been exposed but rather, assume you have been exposed and take measures to decrease the transmission to others, including maintaining social distancing and wearing a mask.
