LaSalle: Outside dining a go

LASALLE – The LaSalle City Council approved an amendment that will allow local restaurants to have outside dining. The restaurants that want to apply to use the sidewalks for outside dining will have to file a written application, provide proof of insurance, and abide by any further guidelines. Economic Director Leah Inman stated that 27 businesses are  expected to open, with 12 requesting the use of city property.
