MENDOTA- The Mendota Police Department say that a series of vehicle burglaries and other crimes were allegedly done by a trio of minors. On Monday they announced two of the three were cooperating with the investigation, with charges being forwarded to the LaSalle County State’s Attorney’s Office. Over the past couple of months a vehicle theft, vandalism, and 20 vehicle burglaries were reportedly linked to the three minors. Authorities want to remind everyone to lock their vehicles and do not leave valuables in your car.
