SPRINGFIELD- The state of Illinois announced the annual Free Fishing Days celebration is coming up Father’s Day Weekend. It is a four-day celebration that runs June 19th through the 22nd in Illinois when anglers can fish without purchasing a fishing license, salmon stamp or inland trout stamp. The state department of natural resources has put together a list on their website of places available to visit.
