OTTAWA – An Ottawa man is being held at the LaSalle County Jail after a Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team investigation into drug sales. They say that on Tuesday around 6 PM they arrested 43-year-old Jeremy D. Charbonneau on a warrant for unlawful delivery of Heroin/Fentanyl, a class 2 felony. They say Charbonneau allegedly delivered less than one gram of purported drugs to Trident. He is being held on a $500,000 bond.
