Construction to close Bottom Road for two weeks

SPRING VALLEY – West Bottom Road in Putnam County will be closing for construction starting Tuesday.  County authorities say that the road west of Route 89 south of Spring Valley will be blocked off for about two weeks.  It will be open to local traffic only when work is not in progress.
