OTTAWA – An Oglesby man who was being held in the LaSalle County Jail on an unrelated matter was charged with a class 2 felony for unlawful delivery of LSD last week. The Tri-County Drug Enforcement Narcotics Team say on Thursday they served a warrant on 21-year-old Nicholas E. Panicucci after authorities say he allegedly delivered five purported units of LSD during the investigation. He remains at the LaSalle County Jail being held on $500,000 bond.
