Terry Bradshaw helps man jump-start his car in pouring rain

Your “Daily Dose of Uplift” for November 3rd:
The very thought of having a dead battery is a nightmare for most of us; especially in the pouring rain. However, most people aren’t as lucky as one man who saw former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Terry Bradshaw come to his rescue when his SUV didn’t start.
While the man evidently didn’t recognize Bradshaw, a passerby caught the exchange/act of kindness on camera. In the video, Bradshaw can be heard yelling “touchdown!” when the vehicle finally started.
After thanking Bradshaw, the man went into the store and was informed by an employee who helped him in his time of need.
“He had no idea who was helping him until he came in the store to use the computer and we told him,” Cindy Hurt Hammer, who filmed the interaction, told NBC 5.
“The world needs to see more people like this,” she added. “He is a blessing to so many people and probably doesn’t even know it.”
