LaSalle, Bureau counties see new COVID-19 deaths

OTTAWA – Both Bureau and LaSalle County reported additional COVID-19 related deaths on Wednesday. LaSalle County Health Department confirmed two individuals in their 80s had died while Bureau County reported 3 coronavirus related deaths. Since the start of the pandemic, LaSalle County has seen 125 COVID-19 related deaths and just over 5,800 cases. The Bureau, Putnam, and Marshall County Health Departments have recorded 45 coronavirus related deaths since over 2,500 cases throughout all 3 counties.
