The LaSalle County Health Department’s COVID-19 Vaccine Notification Form to include those with underlying medical conditions

 
OTTAWA – The LaSalle County Health Department’s COVID-19 Vaccine Notification Form will include those 16-64 years of age with underlying medical conditions on February 25th. Anyone who falls into this category will be able to register at www.lasallecounty.org. This does not schedule your vaccination appointment but allows the department to email details on how to register as COVID-19 vaccination appointments become available. The health department continues to prioritize those 65 years and older in the Phase 1B category.
