PERU – The city of Peru’s public works department will be clearing piled-up excess snow left along areas of route 6. Public Works Directors Jeff King says he’s putting together a game plan with his team to clear out the heaps of snow, hopefully by next week.
King says it’s been difficult keeping the roads cleared with winds causing the snow piles to drift.
