OTTAWA – A female in her 70’s is the latest COVID-19 related death reported in LaSalle County. The county health department confirmed the death, the 294th coronavirus related death seen in the county in total, on Wednesday. 48 new cases of COVID-19 were also confirmed by LCHD along with 5 additional recovered cases. 12,210 total cases have been confirmed by the health department since the pandemic began with 10,100 of those now recovered.
