Last week, 45 at-risk dogs were plucked from an overcrowded animal shelter in El Paso and flown to Portland where they were hand-delivered to their new foster families.
The Austin-based company Wondercide, a plant-powered, pet-friendly pest protection brand, teamed up with Dog Is My CoPilot to make it possible.
