Man involved in alleged abduction in Peru still at large

 
PERU – Authorities are still in pursuit of a man involved in a reported abduction of a woman in Peru a few weeks ago. Police say 27-year-old Bobby A. Cross of Peoria is the man behind the June 14th incident where he is accused of forcing a young woman into his SUV in the early morning hours in the area of 7th and Plum Street. The victim was located a day later at her apartment and during the investigation, guns were allegedly found. LaSalle County State’s Attorney Gregg Sticka confirmed Cross is still at large and is being sought after on a felony warrant for 2017 charges by the LaSalle County State’s Attorneys Office. Cross will be facing further charges for the alleged June 14th incident.
