DEKALB – Two pre-teens were arrested in DeKalb after allegedly spraying employees of a retail store with pepper spray on Sunday. The DeKalb Police Department say they were called to a business in the 2300 block of Sycamore Road around 3:30 PM for a report of disorderly juveniles who refused to leave the store. Officers asked the girls, ages 11 and 12 to leave the store, but about 90 minutes later they both returned. That is when one of the youths allegedly discharged pepper spray around employees and customers. They were taken into custody in the parking lot of a neighboring business and charged with Criminal Trespass and Battery.
