AMBOY – A 20-year-old Dixon man is facing Reckless Homicide charges after a single vehicle crash in April killed two. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office announced that Draven Z. Webb was charged with two class 3 felonies and is being held at the Lee County Jail on a $100,000 bond. The wreck on April 10th was near Robbins Road and Amboy Road west of Amboy that took the lives of 14-year-old Caylee Krug and 14-year-old Brecken Kooy, both of Dixon. A fourth passenger, a 14-year-old from Amboy was also injured.
