Streator resident presses council on off-road vehicles in town

 
STREATOR – ATV’s and four-wheelers zooming around Streator have become a public safety concern. During public comment at Streator’s City Council meeting, a resident who has been advocating for law enforcement to put an end to the illegal off-road vehicles, stood before the council to once again ask for action. In the latest incident witnessed by a resident, she claims she was almost run over by a four-wheeler going around 20-30 mph on the sidewalk of 400 E Main Street.
