OTTAWA – The LaSalle County Coroner’s Office says a Streator man is dead as a result of a shooting incident. The 23-year-old man has been identified as Austin M. Adamchak. Coroner Richard Ploch says the matter is under further investigation by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department and the Illinois State Police.
