BUREAU – A Bureau County man has been arrested on Involuntary Manslaughter charges after an investigation into an incident that ended with the death of a man in Bureau. The Bureau County Sheriff’s Office announced that 53-year-old Billy Raye Tillotson was charged after the January 20th death of 55-year-old Tyson McCann during an alleged altercation in the 100 block of North North Street in Bureau Junction. Tillotson is being held at the Bureau County Jail on a $200,000 bond.
