Florida Woman asked by federal government to prove she is still alive

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management  disperses the payments from the annuity of her late husband who served as a U.S. Postmaster. When her daughter Thelma Metzger looked into the six months of missing payments, she was asked to prove she is still alive.
