Man attempting to carjack people gets hit, twice

A man in Indiana tried to carjack multiple vehicles and was hit by a car in the process.  When police arrived and tried to help him, he jumped up and tried to carjack a different vehicle.  He was then hit a second time, by a semi.  He managed to only have minor injuries, after being released from the hospital, he was then arrested.
