A family in Florida sat down for some Chinese takeout and a brawl broke out. According to the police report, the adult son accidently ate his dad’s unmarked food. Their adult daughter allegedly got upset, flew into a rage and repeatedly started punching her brother in the face. The father allegedly joined in and allegedly put his son in a chokehold. The mother couldn’t breakup the brawl and called 911. The daughter received a misdemeanor battery charge, while the father is being charged with domestic battery by strangulation, which is a felony. The son will be okay, and the mother wasn’t injured.
