Traffic control measures changed in Utica

UTICA – A new traffic pattern will be implemented at Illinois 178 and Route 6 intersection in Utica beginning Wednesday. The traffic pattern incorporates a four-way stop. All lanes will remain open. The four-way stop is anticipated to last through winter and into the next construction season until the Utica roundabout is completed in early summer. Motorists can expect delays.
