Texas man nicknamed ‘Edward Scissorhands’ cuts neighbors trees while they sleep

A man in Texas has been sneaking around neighborhoods late at night and trimming trees while his neighbors sleep.  He has been caught on camera several times trimming trees with his unleashed pup in tow, stepping back and admiring his work.
The neighborhood has nicknamed him ‘Edward Scissorhands’, but have not been able to identify or catch the budding arborist.
