Florida men pulled over for cardboard sign that read ‘stolen tag’

A couple of men in Florida were recently arrested after some burglaries were reported by locals.  The locals all mentioned the same thing, a pickup truck that was missing it’s license plate and had a piece of cardboard in it’s place that read ‘stolen tag’.  Police were able to locate the truck and pull it over.  Upon inspection they found stolen jewelry as well as a handgun.
Both men were charged with grand theft burglary, which is not the first time either of them have seen this charge.
