LASALLE-PERU – The LaSalle-Peru Township High School Sports Complex will be growing over the next few months. A ground-breaking was held yesterday afternoon at the facility on Chartes Street to kick off the $9.5 million project. New baseball and softball diamonds, protective netting and four new tennis courts are just a part of the plans to help make the complex a suitable home for post-season competitions.
