OTTAWA – The Utica roundabout project is expected to resume construction on Monday. The Illinois Department of Transportation says all lanes at the intersection of Illinois 178 and U.S. Route 6 will remain open and controlled by a four-way stop. Motorists can expect delays and should allow extra time for trips through the area and be prepared for slow and stopped traffic. The $2.4 million dollar project is scheduled to be completed by mid-June.
