Spring Valley approves tag day sale for American Legion

SPRING VALLEY- The City of Spring Valley has approved American Legion Post 182 Tag Day for May 6th of this year. The decision was made at last night’s city council meeting. The city already has a veteran’s memorial for the legion outside the police department that celebrates the service of the men and women of the community who have served the country in conflicts such as World War I. The memorial includes a Hall of Fame award that was presented to Dominic O’Berto in 2003.
