Florida man flees on bicycle

MOUNT DORA, FL — An officer tried to stop a man on his bicycle in Mount Dora, Florida due to missing a front light and red rear light on his blue bicycle.  The man told the officer, “nah” after being asked to stop by the officer. Once successfully stopped, he tried to fight the officer from being put into handcuffs.  He is facing charges for failure to obey law enforcement order to stop and resisting arrest without violence. He was also issued a citation for riding a bicycle with improper lighting.
