MYRTLE BEACH, SC — The LP Lady Cavs Varsity and JV teams traveled to Myrtle Beach to compete over spring break in the Myrtle Beach Ripken Experience. Yesterday the varsity team took on the Cardinal O’Hara from Pennsylvania and won 18-4. The winning pitcher was Chloe Mitchell and Ava Lambert made a save during the game. They will play an additional three games while in South Carolina.
Evin Becker had four hits, Taylor Martin had a home run and four RBI’s, Callie Mertes had three hits, Addie Duttlinger had a triple, Ava Lannen had a triple, Avah Moriarty and Karmen Piano had two hits. Izzy Pohar had a hit as well.
