PERU – Plenty of shows for theater buffs will take the stage this weekend across the Illinois Valley. Stage 212 will be performing the Neil Simon classic “Barefoot in the Park” Friday through Sunday in LaSalle. Streator High School students will present “Chicago – The Musical” Friday through Sunday at the school’s auditorium. In Ottawa, the final show for director Sue Williamson “Standing Tiptoe” will be performed Friday and Saturday at the Ottawa High School Auditorium. St. Bede will be hosting The Windy City Dueling Pianos for a fundraiser Saturday night.
