A 10-year-old boy and 11-year-old girl were stopped in Florida in a stolen vehicle. The pair of siblings had stolen their mom’s car after she took away their electronics. They were trying to run away to California. The mom had reported the vehicle stolen and that her children were missing. The authorities pulled the vehicle over as a high-risk traffic stop due to the vehicle being stolen. The police did not expect a 10-year-old to come out from behind the steering wheel.
